i gotta learn to color hair Dx

this is my contest entry for =Kikirini 's Kuro Shouri contest
originally, i was going to draw a 'what if' comic.. but i was too lazy to even start it xD (maybe ill finish it as fanart)so instead i decided to draw one of my fav charas in the comic, i chose Kijo because she's so awesome and its easier for me to get more artistic-ly drawing/coloring her
oh and in case i didnt make it apparent... its supposed to be a little windy, so the sand near Kijo is being picked up a little by the wind, explaining in case it looks wierd
