Instead of making an animal this time, Cortex decided to evolve with the Evolve-o-ray one of the carnivorous man-eating plants of the N Sanity Islands. After evolving her, he sent her into the Cortex Vortex. A bunch of videos about female seductive supervillains created Psycho Mandrake, a dangerous plant femme fatale who could command and create man-eating plants but also liked to look good while fighting.
