Phanto Kong: was once an old friend of Cranky and Karate Kong, he grew hateful and jealous of their royal status so he devised a plan to get rid of them by using forbidden dark magic but was soon banished and forced into hiding.
Phanto is cunning and heartless, because of his past with Cranky and Karate he's shut himself off from the rest of the world and has become blinded by his own jealousy. For years he's been plotting something against them, no one knows what he's up to but lets just say its rather..... ghastly . He was responsible for the rise of the Ghastly King.

Lawyer Kong: Cousin to Funky Kong, a corrupt lawyer who often aids the Kremlings with plots to make Taking over the island legal or find ways to legally torment the Kongs and their island in other ways.

Marshall Kong: a former military soldier for the Kongs censored and laid off for his violent and reckless tendencies.

Jailbird Kong: A Kong convict imprisoned for crimes such as grand banana theft and demolishing of buildings and bullying of animals. Always finds a way to escape prison.

Kaboom Kong: A Kong obsessively fascinated with TNT barrels and making stuff go boom, a true pyromaniac.

Tanker Kong: A Kong soldier who turned his back on the Kongs for them disapproving of his recklessness which caused buildings to be destroyed in the process. Pilots a tank he calls the Orangu-Tank.
