Character byΒ www.deviantart.com/strikecommeβ¦Biolassie is the older sister of Gojin and Gameron.; When she was born, she nibbled on a rose petal from a rose her father gave her mother to celebrate her birth, and it interacted with the radiation in her body, turning her into a plant. She lived her whole life with green skin an hair and fangs, and has retractable snapping vines in her back. She used to live in Massachusetts She is very perky and kind, but hates it when people do bad things. She can transform into a rose-like plant monster mutant at will, and she came to New York after the events of "The Mutation Situation" to live closer to her brothers, where she met the turtloes and became their ally. Due to her plant-like abilities, she can regenerate, and even turn into spirit pollen if destroyed so she can grow a new body, so she is basically immortal. She can also shoot sticky sap, or use the sun's energy to shoot a beam of solar power from her mouth.

Anyway...
Here is one for starters:
2012 Baron Draxum (who ironically brought back April's Mother, Irma, and Timothy through one of his evil plans)
Bio: Before Draxum Became Draxum, he was a scientist hoping to combine and harness the powers of Alchemy & Magic, with a little help from Mutagen. He also had the philosophy that "Things that are beautiful, should stay that way forever. Or at least be made that way. And those who make it that way, deserve to rule over it the way they see fit." One day when he was perfecting the process of Alchemy, Magic, and Mutagen together, it caused a scientific mystic explosion creating the newly formed Baron Draxum. And just so your clear, he originated from the hidden world. One of his plans was to use Timothy as a source to produce a limitless supply of mutagen and to use Irma as a living dynamo to speed up mutagen production. On top of that, he had already used them both to bring back April's Mother as a means of using her like a magnet to copy April's Psychic powers and abilities. As well as bringing her back with Psychic powers as well once he successfully gained them as a means of coping. Strangely enough, being kind enough to do so.Β
Personality: Just because he's a bad guy, doesn't mean he's a bad guy. Often yelling, laughing manically, smug, taunting, comedic villain type, psychotic, enjoys the finer things in life for some reason. For some odd reason pairs Timothy and Irma together. Even quoting "Tell anyone I shipped a Mutant Blob boy and Ailen Droid girl, or that I was nice enough to bring her mother back, I swear I'll destroy you all right now."Β
Description: Red pupilless eyes and sharp teeth, Golden helmet with two golden pointy horns, Body armor and the rest is the same color scheme, but a bit more metallic. Similar concept and design from his original, but with slight changes.Β Β
Voice actor: Jim Cummings (Sounding Lord Boxman from O.K KO, or Skrawl from Chalk zone. When he screams or cries comedically, he sounds like Cat from CatDog. And on certain occasions when he speaks low and sinister, he sounds like SATAM Dr. Robotnik.)
