Description
In Teen Titans, one of the constant forces battling Titans X is Jack Spicer Evil Incorporated, a gang of villains obssed with destroying Titans X and taking over the world.

Jack Spicer: the Leader and founder of JAck Spicer Evil Inc, he is a teenage boy genius obsessed with world domination. Armed with a laser saw staff, m,artial arts skills, andanay rm of robots he dubs Jackbots, he created this evil organization from some of the enemies of Titans X. He alos has a collection of magical artifacts called Shen Gon Wu He is currently dating PRincess Morbucks.

Princess Morbucks: The Co-LEader of the organization, she is Jack's girlfriend. She began as a bossy, stuck-up popular girl at the Powerpuf girls's school. She s is the spoiled rich daughter born from an immensely wealthy family with her dad Richard Morbucks being the CEO of a multi-billion dollar tech corporation, The MORBUX Foundation. Princess is all about being the center of attention in school and in society, and becomes jealous of the Powerpuff Girls’ popularity. Wanting to be a Powerpuff Girl herself, Princess has some scientists at her dad’s company build her a golden armored suit thats stored within a gold metallic crown, which possesses flight, weaponry, and strength that rivals the girls. When her first outing as a hero alongside the girls does more damage than good, the girls outright reject her about being a Powerpuff Girl. Enraged and vengeful, Princess has since develops a full on hate for the girls, and has since tried time and time again to destroy the girls for rejecting her wishes. Soon enough, she met JAck, and instantly fell in love with him. Together, they founded their evil organization to take down Titans X.

Mandark: Mandark was born the son of the hippie pacifists known as Windbear and Oceanbird in the annoyingly peace loving hippie community of Flowertopia  and was birthed by his mother while in a small wooden pool of water. Upon being born, Mandark was already tainted with a dark and evil disposition, almost as though a dark presence had zapped him with unspeakable evil, however his parents were completely unaware of this.As his parents thought up a name for their child, they expressed that they wanted a name that was beyond the conforms of society, beyond the preconceived gender connotations, a name that is whispered softly through the canyon winds, and so they named him Susan, which immediately made the infant Mandark cry with grief. One day, an infant Susan was wallowing about his shameful habitat of life when he came across a strangely placed piece of technology that had found its way into the middle of Flowertopia with no explanation as to why. Susan loved everything about this device, he loved the way it looked, the way it felt, the way it worked. When he turned it on, it created a bright light that inspired Susan to learn more about technology and science. He knew that if he could only master this thing called science he would be able to control the world. Oceanbird and Windbear however did not approve of this. They believed in living on earth the way it was created, back when it was pure and not overrun by technology, and so they took it from and him and instead did many activities together with him such as loving nature and meditation, but none of this pleased Susan as he hated all of it because they all had nothing to do with technology, science or evil. When a young Susan let out his frustration and rejected his hippie lifestyle on his birthday, his parents decided to venture out into the world in hopes of potentially helping Susan find what he was looking for. As they traveled the world, Susan still felt discontent with his life and lack of technology, no matter how beautiful the places they went to were.
Eventually, the trio decided to settle down and moved into a Suburban Neighborhood house.  During this time, Susan was already an older child and while he was out for a walk one day, he came across his future rival Dexter, who was building an invention of his out on his sidewalk. When Susan saw this, he was fascinated by how outstanding it was. He knew this was science and he wanted to know all about it. He greeted Dexter and wanted to be friends with him, however Dexter rejected his requests as he was far too busy and said goodbye while calling him a little girl. Susan tried to tell him that he was actually a boy, but because he looked so much like a girl with his long hair and pink dress, Dexter was confused as to how he could be a boy. He then asked what his name was and with reluctance, Susan revealed his name. Dexter then burst out into laughter over this hilarious revelation. Susan was so annoyed and angered by his laughter and mockery that he became enraged and decided that he would no longer embrace his peaceful hippie facade and swore vengeance on Dexter.  He ran up into his room, and took his childhood device and started to build himself an evil laboratory where he would be able to create his own evil experiments with technology which would help him take over the world. He then changed his physical appearance to become more fitting of his gender. He gave himself a bowl-cut hairdo where he literally took a bowl and cut his hair along the rim of it, and he then donned on a proper suit and tie. To complete his change, he began to think of a new name for himself, one that would express the darkness that flowed through him, and the man that he knew he was destined to be. Susan then became Mandark and found his one true goal in life, to dominate Dexter, the world, and become the greatest genius ever. Through his battles with Dexter, he became enamored with his sister Deedee, to the point of fanatical obsession. When Dexter and Deedee joined Titans X, Mandark was approached by Jack Spicer, who offered him a place in his evil organization. Mandark agreed, feeling a connection to Jack as a fellow evil scientist.

Quackor: a duck MAndark enhcanced with superpowers through science to counter Dexter's Monkey.

Vlad: a russian boy who works as a muscular villain-for-hire, he was hired by Jack to be part of his organization. Rough, brutish, and smarter than he seems, he is not to be underestimated.

The Chameleon-Bot: A robot Jack created that can shapeshift into anyone she chooses. ORiginally built to infiltrate the Titans, she was eventually discovered and destroyed. Jack built the Chameleon-Bot version 2.0 afterwords, and gave her the ability to turn into animals, too. IT can turn into both boys and girls, but as it mostly turns into girls and uses a female voice in it's true form, it can be assumed that she is female.

Katnappe: afeline-based super-criminal and treasure-thief, she is armed with razor clwas, a cat-like disposition, and an army of genetically modified superkitties.

Tubbimura: A fat ninja who is armed with a unique power of fat absorbsion: he can absorb any blow into his blubbery body and crush his enemies beneath his weight. He is very arrogant and likes to taunt his enemies, and alhtough he is fat, is very quick and strong.

Le Mime: a mime from Paris, he has magical abilities: he can create invisible constructs of anything he chooses. He mostly uses those powers to aid Jack's organization ,though he also does mime stuff for fun.

The Rowdyruff Boys: Evil Boy versions of the Powerpuff Girls created By Mojo Jojo using Chemical X stolen from the Powerpuff Girls's bloodstream and different ingredients(snips, snails and a puppydog tail), they posess powers just as strong as the girls.  While initially starting as loyal subjects to Mojo, the three would quickly go rogue and begin growing more and more hostile and unstable to the point where they even turn on Mojo. Disgusted and jealous of the girls, the Rowdyruff Boys are obsessed in their eventual destruction, and later joined Jack Spicer's Evil Incorporated to fight agaisnt the girls in Titans X.
Brick is the male counterpart to Blossom and acts as the ruthless leader. Brick wants nothing more but for the destruction of the girls.
Boomer is male counterpart to Bubbles and is the dumbest one of the three. In contrast to Bubbles’ peaceful nature, Boomer enjoys collateral damage and mayhem. Unbeknownst to his brothers and allies, he actually has a crush on Bubbles.
Butch is the male counterpart to Buttercup and is the most unhinged and violent one. He love causing bodily harm to his enemies and is always excited for a brawl.

Boogie Man: DJ Gambit was a smooth party deejay talented in retro-techno boogie music who attended annual night club raves . However, this was just a façade of his true self as a secret crime boss who used his music as a way to swindle people out of their belongings and money, until his plans were exposed by the Powerpuff Girls. Him, in Disguise, bailed DJ out of prison and gives him a monstrous upgrade by giving him a supernatural moon chain necklace. Transforming into a horned blue scaled monster, DJ Gambit relabeled himself as “The Boogie Man,” who has the special ability to hypnotize people with his turntables and keyboards, forcing them to dance to the music and slowly transform into a monster under his control, though they are harmed by bright lights and the sun. However, The moon chain necklace also granted Boogie Man alone the immunity to bright lights and the sun. Dark, greedy, and narcissistic, the Boogie Man is one of the girl’s most ominous enemies and a groovy terror who loves to go bump and jam in the night. sometime after the Girls joined Titans X, he was hired by Jack Spicer Evil Incorporated as both an ally and DJ.
