This is Lucine.

Lucine's eyes aren't visible for a reason. Lucine had a habit of looking at herself everyday in the mirror. She loved her heterochromic eyes she received from her parents, one hazel one red. But sometimes it was difficult to see her eyes especially when her bangs covered them. So to alleviate that problem she decided to gorge her own eyes out.
