I finally found the original artist to a piece I found years ago! I had this as my wallpaper for my work computer for a long time. Gee, where did the time go!

When I first saw this, I was confused. Then it got my thoughts turning. I thought that this was supposed to mean that shadow is "unzipping" (sorry for the pun) his true self and had realized that he was a good hero, much like Sonic is, rather than a neutral rival.
I read the comments and saw this was supposedly a reference to the whole "faker" situation meaning that sonic is really behind shadow? I doubt that, but, it really does get your creative juices flowing. I hope to see something more about this, since I'm still stuck between the faker theory, and my own.
((A double-sided plot twist were to be if Shadow were to unzip from the sonic suit, meaning shadow is behind all of it.))
