But he also tends to use it as a last resort, he's a cocky individual who thinks he doesn't need his abilities to do what he does. Mainly, Drago uses large knives, sharp weaponry, surgery tools, things he can use for slow, torturous killings.
If he were to use his abilities, he doesn't get flashy. He grabs his victims and turns up the heat, making sure to leave large, deep red handprints/burnmarks. If anything else, he has a whip hanging on the wall of his workspace, which he sets a flame and cracks at his unruly sacrifices to scare them.
Drago has also learned the art of Runes/Spellcasting, nothing major. But he etches Runes into the Shackles he uses, each spell can prohibit another Skill's abilities. As such,
(--{) (say that's a rune lmao) = Locked Power.
Meaning if one of these carved shackles are locked around a Skill's Wrists, they can't use their abilities.

* Thantophobia - Fear of losing. This fear isn't controlling, but it's there. Deep down, Drago is afraid of losing all progress he's worked towards.

- Drago is not Crazy, nor does he have a mental illness. He's in complete control and does what he wants because it's what HE desires to do. He's quite brilliant, he just sometimes goes off topic to confuse and or because of sheer loneliness he talks to himself a lot.
- His wings are quite strong/strudy, if he's on the hunt he sometimes uses them to trap or pin his prey. He doesn't use them for flying very much unless he's trying to escape.
- Drago has many, many scars in various places from victims who fought back against their deaths. His largest one, over his eye, was from his own father, who was his first kill for U'rrhu. His Father clawed at him trying to fight his his life but Drago proved stronger and thus begun his reign of terror in the name of a Dark god.
- Drago can have a split personality, from his scattered, whatever stabbing killing frenzy. To a mellow, Gentleman like state. Which he uses to create a false sense of contentment towards his prey, even sometimes throwing in a flirt or two for his lady victims.
- He's cold and heartless, he feels nothing towards others other than them being tools of trade or a means to gain what he pleases. He doesn't feel love, warmth nor friendship.

Drago was once a well mannered historical researcher. They dug up old tombs and ancient ashes of burned villages, to discover events of the past, unrecorded bits of history. During a dig of an ashened mountain village in the Wvvoricia ((Wev-ver-ree-see-ah, Western country)) the professor finds torn up books and scrolls, only very few remain intact. Through his findings, he discovers this village was the home to the cultist group that birthed the dark guardian, U'rrhu.

This cult and all of it's members practically performed genocide. Burning towns, homes, killing dozens upon dozens of people of all ages. Without remorse. Because the ultimate prize of this was power, unlimited strength and wit. Whoever stained their hands with 1,000 lives were titled "U'rrhu's Prodigy". Drago did not immediately take to this. As it was only one text in the many books he could read from. But as he delve deeper into the occult histories, he became more intrigued. People killed for this god, they threw away the lives they once prospered from to become mindless herds of murderers. There had to be something to this, right?

That was the question Drago had asked himself before he performed his first kill. He had cut into decaying corpses and rotting mummies many a time for his research, but never a live body. His first killing were hobos, ones he figured no one would notice if they disappeared. Then graduated to remote homes outside city limits, finally deciding he was sneaky enough to kill townsfolk off the streets. But as he did these killings, he never was shown any form of proof to this U'rrhu, from the ancient scrawl that he studied. He remembered that new members were often given a mark, a symbol on their shoulder. It was apparently U'rrhu's symbol of one who had properly killed/burned 250 bodies. It wasn't until a few months after that discovering he received said mark, thus proving what he tested was nothing but truth. And that U'rrhu could be re-awakened.

Drago's homicides did not go unnoticed. But he was clever, careful. He didn't allow himself to be caught, he wanted to see this through to the end. It wasn't until he attempted to kill a cardinal during daylight that he was finally spotted. He escaped and continued to kill, but they knew his face. He knew he couldn't lure people so easily now.

What led to his eventual capture was his attempt to assassinate the King and the eldest Prince ((eyyo that's Reginald--)). As he took one step to far and toyed with these victims. Allowing the city's police forces to centre on his location rescue the two royals and capture the homicidal archaeologist.

Before being sent to his man-made hole in the ground. He was taken before the highest court to tell him his punishment, which was Life because he killed like 800 people lmao-- Where he discovered the young prince he practically tore apart was still alive. The cocky professor then burst in outrage at the sight of him, exclaiming that he ((and his senpai U'rrhu)) would return and that he would save the young Prince to be his last kill. His 1,000th kill.

As of now, the researcher in locked in solitary confinement. His books and scrolls under lock and key. As for his threat, it is long forgotten as well as himself. Drago still remains confined, still plotting his revenge deep below the ground.
