F-15A-19-MC, 77-0118, Squadron Commander's jet of the 8 TFS "Black Sheep", 49 TFW, based at Holloman AFB and photographed at Luke AFB in May 1991.Holloman Eagles were a regular visitor to Luke AFB in the 1980s and early 1990's.

I crewed this jet in 1980, before it was designated the squadron plane after 77-108 suffered a fire. I crewed 76-118 before it left Holloman. They told me 77-118 was coming from Eglin and asked me if I wanted it. Of course I did. Good jet. Proud to have been a "Black Sheep". B. Jones, New Orleans.
