Love this shot. even the tanks are lizard. Some of the infrared thingies on the nose are a bit different on some Ds, with a little hump thing at the back. ILike the wrap around lizard scheme here. Had all sorts of them on the Ga. ANG ones in the early 80s during the 2 yrs they had them.

The late use F-4Ds had some RTWS equipment installed near the end of their service life. f16crewchief.deviantart.com/ar… You can see a good profile of the sensors on the nose. Note the 'nipples' on the parabrake housing and on the front of the 'Donkey D*ck' under the radome.
