Took this on the highway near my house had to take quite a few shots cuz it was a concrete highway bridge and whenenver cars passed by the whole thing would shake(which was very often I rested the cam on the rails of the bridge instead of taking a tripod since the tripod would make it shakier with the bridge moving that much)
then I got lucky when the red light was on and there were lesser cars(after half an hour)
any thoughts on the pic?
picture's contrast and brightness was edited because I had wanted to make the picture look brighter(with the piercing effect) especially if your computer screens are on high brightness
Oh btw Strobe lights are a trigger to fits(not this picture I mean the actual term)

wanted to name it lights at first but my last picture was called the same.. [link]
