Kitaboo is a Kal'katol, a Tamuli of Adelheid and unlike the Anowon she serves and her fraternal twin sister she is joyful and playful.

The purple highlights are optional and can be seen with human or fox ears. She wears the mask when she has fox or human ears as well. She can control how many tails are shown, from 0-9. When there are 0 tails, she has human ears. When she has at least one tail, she has fox ears. Underneath her skirt are shorts, as her tails will move the skirt upwards. The shorts are the same color as the undershirt.

Her power is over illusions, just like Adelheid and her twin. And I think she can control up to 9 illusions simultaneously, one for each tail.
