Had an earlier version of this in my scraps, but I doubt many people saw it there. So anyhow, with all these Deoxys forms coming around it's kind of a neat concept. So, for a change I was able to grab the time it took to draw it in celebration of a "new" PokΓ©mon.My technique was kind of the same with a few changes. First off, I thinned the outline. Because of that I had to be extra careful when coloring to make sure nothing went outside of the lines, but I like how it turned out. Secondly, in addition to my usual (and kind of simple) shading style, I tried to add a bit of lighting effect based roughly on memory of some of PurpleKecleon's work. I like how it turned out as well, although it's obvious I still need some practice before mastering it.

Ooh, the blur to indicate motion is nice. o_o! The celshade is wonderful, so is the perspective, and the background draws the attention nicely to the Deoxys. The arms, for some weird reason, make me think they should be bent a bit more, but -- wow -- looks official. Coulda fooled me.

Hooray! I was hoping you'd see and like this one PK, seeing as you're a big Deoxys fan and all. That's probably why your lighting effects came to mind while I was working on it. ^_^
