A character idea for 'Loonatics Unleashed'His powers are 'Super Athletic Agility', a 'Super Stretchy Tail'
& 'Sound Wave Manipulation' (Can Mimmic voices,
sounds etc.) His special move is 'Sonic Whip', where he creates a damaging 'Sonic Boom' with one mighty Whip-Crack from his tail.
