Description
This is a drawing I started 3 months ago or so.. I never finished it until I got my new coloring pencils which didn't keep breaking!
I love my new pencils ^^ I also got a few normal grey pencils, y'know what I mean. And I think that's improving my drawing (: since I've always drawn with a HB pencil and sometimes a bad quality 6B pencil I'm able to do more fine details and clearer drawings :3

thanks! Yeah I know what you mean.. but I also see that the scanner killed some colors on the face because it's not as light in real as it shows here.

.___. im also bad with colors, because I barely use any good colors my color drawings need to be digitally enhanced.

haha, aahww.. well my tip for that is to keep your pincil sharp!
but you don't pracise much with coloring, do you? do you like black and white more?haha yeah!

well I use a mechanical pencil 0.7 and the coloring isnt good because I rarely have extra money for art supplies and the cheap color pencils are bad at that plus the scanner doesn't like color pencils[bad scanner].
I like black and white but I think I can express more with colors.. the only way I had color before is with photoshop [some one borrowed me the cd and then installed]

It's beautiful ^.^ The hair is so detailed and all the shadows and folds on the scarf seem to have fallen in all the correct places~
Although the cheeks seem a bit too close to the skin colour and tend to blend in.
What brand of unbreakable colour pencils did you use, by the way? I want them

I got a 18 pack of stabilo coloring pencils, the pencils are quite thick and have a triangle chape. I don't know if they sell stabilo in every country.

By the way, what brand of colored pencil did you use?

It's a Dutch label but they are colored pencils in a triangle shape and kinda thick. it's from Stabilo and an 18 pack.

Holy cow i wish i had the patience to do that much shading detail on a picture. i have problems keeping my focus on one unfinished picture at a time.
