Beautiful tone and values. It looks like a photograph! "none of my drawing is flawless..." is absolutely true. Because even reference pictures are flawed and most times that transfers to the artwork. Am I right?

Sure you're right. Loomis drawing books, for example, speak about bad use of photo-reference.
Anyway, I usually add many flaws from mine!
