One of my best friends, deserved some decent artwork for all the bull she's been putting up with from me. Her fursona doesn't have a decent character sheet yet, so I whipped this up real quick.
I like it, but the pose isn't too dynamic. I give major kudos to Cass for saying "I'm fat, and I like it" rather than having a slim, sexy fursona like so many furries out there choose. NEWS FLASH: you're not a porn star, and you're insulting yourself by representing your body as one.
Also, fat people have bigger boobs. Boob-men, take notice: the fat chicks have AMPLE breasts for you.

Everybody thinks Paint is mine but she's just a character I love lots. Her design was completely random half-assery. In reality I draw myself the shitties way possible, like this: [link] Takes two seconds, no want to color it. Great for my lazyness and I feel less...selfish.

Actually, it kind of reminds me of this thing I was reading about. This lady wanted to protest the whole "skeletons with boobs" thing the fashion industry's got going on, so she decided to eat until she weighed 600 pounds. Round 400 pounds she said in an interview, "I feel so beautiful now." I like to think that shortly thereafter she suffered a stroke, the worlds' worst case of acne, and a near-fatal heart attack.
I object to stupid people on principle.

Well...it certainly is a rather expensive and highly noticeable way to die, but I wouldn't call it terribly impressive. It's like, "Oh look, she's the fattest fuck the world has ever seen outside of people with gland problems. Oh look, she had a heart attack. Oh look, the innumerable layers of fat prevented the doctors from helping her. Show of hands, people who were surprised? Me either."
Now, if she used air pressure to eat all the food at once, now, then you're cooking with beans.

Good arguement and all but it seems erelivent to where this topic started. The point that was made is that if you are active, work out and still are a bit fat then your okay. If you have some beef with those that are fat keep it on your own DA page.

I don't have a beef with the fat, per se, I have a beef with the people who are fat to a degree that it's amazing they even survived long enough to get there.

Lotsa' props for the realistic body proportions again, and I like the colors a lot.
I don't mind when people make fursonas that look vastly different than their physical selves as long as they aren't trying to make it out to be their physical representation in animal form... I consider that more of an internal version of a fursona. With all the trappings even; emo wolves with anime bangs and big raven wings, and bright pink anarchy markings. I'm guilty of anime bangs on wolves, teehee.
But this way is so much more refreshing in my opinion. The expression on her face is great.

There's nothing wrong with a heavy dose of fantasy on any character, even a fursona. It's when they all become cookie cutter sex kittens that I get disturbed.
