The lines are much smoother, I've realised this and I'm happy that you've been improving.
This seems like a really aura orientated piece and I really like it, It shows a sense of serenity.
I really like how you executed the background, with a rather interesting gradient, though I believe it'd look much better with attention to detail when it comes to the clouds and stars, they look rather unloved, though very much cute!
I see some line breaks, which mostly happen were long, continuous lines are meant to be, but I understand, I also have troubles with lining(I'd say more then you, you do it fairly well), those line breaks can be fixed with tools, such as (in fire alpaca) Curve Snap, Crisscross Snap & all the other "snaps" that are located next to the undo/redo buttons.
I've also realised you sometimes have some lines that overlap, taking that extra 5 minutes to scan over your piece to check for those is quite easy and, in my opinion, fun.
