How's everyone doing this weekend?
For me, not good. I'm currently Sick with Cold symptoms; it happened last week while I was walking outside in the morning. I got Sick no thanks to people for coughing & not covering their mouths, whether they're Sick (Cold or Flu) or not. First I had a sore throat for few days, then Cold symptoms (Fever, Nasal & Chest Congestion, etc.) flew into my body. Yuck.
Good news though: I'm close to being cured from Cold symptoms. With Food & Beverage I consumed, long sleep hours and exercise activities, I'm able to rid off most of Cold symptoms. Perfect weekend to be rid of Cold before Halloween!
