If you read the story, you'd understand
If I remember right, this one trainer got a shiny eevee and kept trying to evolve it into a jolteon or something, I can't remember
the eevee kept attempting to evolve into espeon, but the person kept pushing b to keep it from evolving
after a few tries, the eevee got pretty ticked and evolved into what's in the picture, even though the person kept trying to stop it from evolving into espeon
annd after that, I can't really remember, but yeah
