I would have warned him, but oh well.~ Now we can watch him flounder about flashing like soo many rave videos.

This was inspired by an icon I saw that had a strobe effect going, so I decided to recreate a simple one just to see what it was like.~ Originally that white flash was orange but that just looked horrid.

I learned alot from this one! I can't wait to do the next one.~
