i agree with *kayleighrae91 about the blurring however the photograph stood out in my stack so i had to look at it closer =]
you could try reverting it to original and making it contrasted black and white? keep both versions..

it looks like a little too much blur tool, but the photo is beautiful still; im sure the un-edited picture looks gorgeous
