clouds are not created with terragne, they are photomanip. Only the atmosphere is done with terragen

Im still trying to make water look good, cause we all know terragen fails doing this.

Hmm, I wouldn't be too sur eon that, I often see better looking water in Terragen than most Vue renders

terragen has serious problems with water when it gets closer to horizon, for example here you can see pixeled waves close to the island

I've had that problem before. The waves, like you said, do tend to pixelate close to islands and landmasses. But i get around that by slightly blurring the waves to give them a more foamy feel.
p.s. Good terragen render. Keep up the practice!

there is one solution to this, but I cant use it cause I have a demo version. If this is not your case you can make the render like 4000 x 4000 (ie) and then resize it to 1280 x 960 then the pixeled waves wont be seen like that any more
