I wanted to paint a fan art of the legendary commisar Ciaphas Cain in his younger years of service (without all the overzised long coat), next to his trusty aidee Ferik Jurgen.

The pose is very uncharacteristic for someone associated with military service, this was made in order to give you a tired sensation of "Frak this! I can't be bothered"

Our beloved Commisar was written by Sandy Mitchell and belongs to the Warhammer 40k Universe made by Games Workshop.
