this is my latest drawing of the lovely stephen colbert. all in mechanical pencils, which was a bad idea, i was in a hurry by the time i got to drawing his tux, and the pencils made it worse. but, please tell me what you think.Related content

did you you the standard HB lead only or did you use a range of B's and H's. in the mechanical. either way, very well done.

and that is some EPIC shading for mechanical pencils, btw! i mean WOW! it's so clean and perfect. i see people on here with all that fancy art stuffs that could never do this. HOW DO YOU DO IT? give me top secret infos plz. kthx.

As far as mechanical pencils go, that's pretty sick. I love the shading on the face especially, and it's so impressive that you forget about the lackluster quality of the tux.
