But her name is not "Ivory Scroll", that's just one of her various fan names. "Mayor Mare" is another fan name, much more popular. I like this second one better. XD
The only official name given to her at the moment by the creators of the show is just "Mayor ", though... And she's a supporting character, not just a background pony, and they HAVE names for them.
My guess is that "Mayor" is really the only name the creative team are using for her (until they say otherwise).
