~~Fawna~~

This is Fawna, the spiritual embodiment known more commonly as "Spring Fever."
As most know, Spring fever is the sensation of excitement and anticipation one experiences after a long Winter, the eagerness and desire to feel the light as the earth turns back toward the sun.
We buy flowers, animals birth their young, insects return -- it's magical!
So if Jack Frost can nip at our nose, why can't Spring Fever plant a few seeds...?

She was 25 at the time of her "conversion."
An excellent gardener, she was on a cruise with her family out on the sea when disaster struck.
She got into an argument with her family over her fate; she wanted to be a landscaper and gardener, but her parents wanted otherwise.
Frustrated, she left them and went to the other side of the ship.
Not long after this an engine malfunctioned, imploding on itself and causing a quake.
In a mad dash to get to life boats and get away, the young Fawna was nearly trampled.
Tragically, a crate slid off from its position and hit her, knocking her out and sending her overboard.
Her unconscious body fell into the raging sea, nd she drowned.

But the Man in the Moon, or "Manny," had plans.
He morphed her, changing her clothing and brightening her appearance, and gifting her with astonishing powers, just as she did with Jack.
He chose her to be the living embodiment of Spring Fever and excitement.
But she would have to reach a shore, and have a home to become the Guardian he wanted her to be.

Manny told North of the incoming arrival.
North, Jack, Bunnymund, Tooth and Sandy all decided they wanted to be there when she arrived to her new home.
So, Manny told them where to go!

On an isolated island surrounded by fog and mist in a plateau among the sea, Spring Fever's future refuge was forged in the center of the mysterious Bermuda Triangle.
Of course the Guardians got there no problem, but they weren't alone.
By this time, the world was lacking fear to a fault; children were making bad decisions, hardly fearing death!
The only way to bring back common sense was to release Pitch Black, but with him being under much control.
So he too, was dragged along, as he wasn't allowed to be out of Sandy's sight.

Eventually the girl washed onto the shore of the island, and they all helped pull her up (except Pitch, who was standing in the shade being indifferent).
When she finally regained consciousness, she had no idea where she was or who she was really, and would soon be told her name by Manny.
Needless to say seeing a 6 foot tall rabbit and a band of anthropomorphized hummingbirds freaked her out, but she quickly adjusted and was welcomed into the little group.
Pitch, of course, wasn't thrilled, but unable to do anything about it.

In time Fawna will become a true Guardian, bringing joy to children, protecting their dreams and innocence in the hopes of someday being believed in.

As an icing on her created cake, Fawna is destined to tame and eventually become paired with Pitch.
They are a couple, and reside for the most part under North's watch at the workshop, skipping between her cottage on that island in the sea, and his lair.

Fawna's center is Love.

~~Personality~~

Fawna is patient, kind, excitable, warm, friendly, and hates no one.
Her heart is open to all, and the entire way she managed to break down Pitch's walls was by opening herself up to him, being kind and gentle, and not allowing his frightening antics to actually bother her.
She found thrill in his little jump scares, expressed caring to him, engaged him in conversation.
She's an excellent listener with a powerful love of all living things, and a heart even the Boogeyman couldn't resist.

A great sport who is all in to simply enjoy the ride, she's always up for a good time.
But when silence is needed and it's time to be calm, she is more than prepared for it, and a great shoulder to lean on.

Due to having drowned in the sea, Fawna was deeply terrified of the ocean for a small while.
As it is, with Pitch learning to love her, her fear makes him sick, so over time he has helped her slowly start overcoming her fear of the ocean.
She is still learning, but has vastly improved since before.

~~Physiology~~

Fawna is 5'7" with long, shimmering golden-red hair and bright green, Springy eyes.

The dress she wears is slightly heavy at the bottom and in the sleeves, and the colored portions of them also glitter with an ethereal appearance.
Under her dress she wears tight black shorts.
No peaking up her dress!

She prefers to run barefoot, her feet sensitive to the earth and its energy, as well as its vibrations.

Her voice can produce a fine song, one which her mate for all eternity finds to be very alluring.~

~~Magical Prowess~~

Fawna has many powers that resonate with nature.
She can make vines grow out from her ankles and wrists, being a part of her.
More impressively, she can make vines sprout EVERYWHERE, mostly from the ground.
She also possesses the ability to make flowers, grass and small plants appear spontaneously, sporting a glittery white magic to create with.

Sometimes, depending on mood or desire, Fawna can make flowers bloom in her.
The full extent of what she can do with her earthy powers is startling, and difficult to describe.

Animals, insects and nature itself appears to be very drawn to her; hardly any creature feels fear in her presence.

An ability she learned after falling from a rafter at North's workshop was a very unique form of flight.
When she wants to fly, she can sprout magical, small white wings from her ankles to carry her.
Impractical as that would seem, magic has a way of making all things simply work out.

Being Spring Fever, she has the ability to influence people to feel excited about warm, colorful weather, as well as fall in love with it.
She helps people embrace their better sides and nature, with love right at the heart of all her will.
For this reason, and through helping get to Pitch's core, she has discovered Love is her true center.

Beautiful grass, trees, flowers and foliage of all kinds can be found just yards from her home.
