A very beautiful pose Jessica and nice clarity and colour. It has a lovely old world renaissance look about it that is very eye catching. Love the red flowers and detail in the image. The only slight issue I have with most of your darker background images is that they are all missing some hair light on subject to bring out a bit more contrast and separation from background. A rim lighting around model would have made this even more beautiful. The dark hair is lost in the background and loses all shape and lustre. Apart from that...its a beautiful shot.

Truthfully, the first thought that came to mind with this image was "Snow White", despite the fact that you're not wearing what she traditionally wears. The image has this soft innocence that is beautifully contrasted by the bold and brilliant use of red.
There's a combination of emotions here: "I am fragile and delicate, but do not take me for granted". Red is one of those colors, as you stated in the description, that has so many different meanings. That idea is captured here brilliantly.
As far as critiques for the image itself, I wonder if the image would be slightly more powerful with the hair looking a bit more wild and free. In this image, it feels fluid, but I'd love to see a version of this where the hair is blowing farther out. I do, however, enjoy the composition: the position where you're standing feels good and solid. From an artistic viewpoint, I'd again wonder about placing the subject closer to the right edge of the image coupled with the hair drifting much farther out.
Overall, though, this image is truly brilliant. I've always been a great fan of your photography, and this is no exception.

This is beautiful as always, but my only thought is that the background should be a bit lighter because the black of the hair is getting lost in the background and I think it takes away from the impact of the piece.
My only hope is thatΒ you haven't dyed your beautiful hair black. If you have we're going to have to start calling you chameleon.
