There are 3 levels of technology:
Rustic(Medieval times) eg: A farm hoe
Modern(Now times) eg: A lightbulb
Futuristic(Sci fi times) eg: Jetpack
Essentially: If it can fit in your hands or on your body, you can use it! Otherwise you need to be in one of the Major cities to see any real technology, or by the front lines.
Dos this mean I can have my character have (absurdly powerful thing or a thing that allows one to circumvent other group mechanics) since it's so futuristic?
No. Even Futuristic level technology has it's limits, and any Futuristic level tec. that your character might be able to obtain will need to be looked over and approved by a Moderator before it can be used.

If there's no limit on the teck. level as long as it is small enough to be carried on one's person easily, then cod'nt someone have a caricter with a death star power level super lazor the size of a flashlight (cos it's just THAT advanced), or something like a meck suit that allows them to use type level magic of all types, and boosts there mistic level power to legendary levels? (cos at an advanced enough Lv. teknilogy is indisdinwasable from magic)
I feel if your going to allow that much freedom then there should be a rule stating that Futuristic Lv. technology needs apovol by the moderators in order to prevent it from being abused, OR be a more strict as to what Lv's of technology are allowed were (Ex. Ruol is allowed anywhere under any cercomstences within reason, Modern is allowed as long as it's small enough to fit in the average sized mon's hand or is something that can be easily worn, Futuristic is not allowed unless it's as a thing your using in 1 of the most technologically advanced city's or on the front lines of the war and are trusted by those who make it) [I know this is kinda implyed in the main thing, but the Essentially in the discipson makes it seem a lot less so]

also (just thought of this) wile it might be obvious, it might be a good idea to give examples of what constitutes as what Lv. of tec. and to make it easier for members to better judge what categorys items that might potentially all into a gray aria between categorys might fall

granted like I sead before it is somewhat obvious, but explicitly spelling it out could be helpful to be safe and to help differentiate were stuff that would fall in gray arias in between categorys would fall into
