The neck, chest and eye are still bugging me.. and I am stuck..

Any suggestions or advice?

I like it because when you look at it you think.. "strange.. " or like you "weird forehead" it seems a bit off.. a bit wrong a bit weird.. But then again it is fantasy and someone from a different race/species..
That is what I like about it.. it not beign 100% right.. I like little flaws..

That is the intention; You must see a human profile, see the ear and realise she is elf, look at it and think the proportions in her face are a bit strange and be fascinated about it!

I do intend to draw as realistic as possible within the lines of imagination.

You are right, think it is because the eye is darker than the rest.. That should be solved as I will give her dark hair.

yeah thats the only thing that is really bugging me, its not even very much, to me it just looks a TAD bit too close to the chin..

but yeah... the eye and stuff looks alright you've probably just messed with it too much as you said

just go ahead and color it!

the curve connecting the neck to the jawline can be moved back a little bit and make the curve a little more condensed (not so broad)

maybe a little more upright instead of diagonal as it is now

talking about the top half of the neck line, that is
