Wow really cool composition and lighting, and such an interesting concept! I love how you did the bubbles, and the edge of the water being all wavy like that gives the piece a great sense of movement that contributes to the ambiance. ... Then how you can see the sky beyond the glass dome ... very cool setting. Are those hearts inside ice cubes? That's very original!

The colors are really great, especially the skin, the sky and the little bubbles in the water. Water is really hard to color and the white curvy line looks like a little bit "abstract", but it's interesting. This drawing has a proper style : it's not "Oda's style", I mean, the face is not like in the manga, but it's recognizable. Oh, and I like the hearts in the water, it's a little bit like a metaphor, because the hearts are not stopped by the bars of the cage (it's a cage, or the bridge between Dressrosa and Greenbit ?)
You say it's crappy, but I think it's a cool piece of fanart !

Ahh, they're meant to be bars~ It may be confusing because the water isn't leaking/flowing through the space in between the bars.
