I got it from a shop on e-bay.
If you're interested in what shop it exactly was, I can try to find it again.
But the wig had to be cut and styled. My sister did the cutting. And I did the styling afterwards. Meaning: I had to use a hair straightener, hair wax and hairspray.
But even without the cutting and styling, it's one of the best sailor moon wigs, ebay has to offer. ^^

It's just so beautiful!! I have been using my real hair for a while now, but it's getting darker so it seems that won't be an option anymore... If you find the site again can I also ask you for tips on styling? I have not done that before =/
