I like Twilight as Alicorn, but I hate her as princess, I think she should stay in ponyvile, do what she did so far and what she does best, instead she will just have power, strength, endurance and flying skill to develop, but it will be something she need to work for, not something granted.
Come on, say yes to Twilight Alicorn, element of magic, friend and hero, but say no to princess and ruler who waste power doing paper work.

(1.) stopped Nightmare Moon(and helped Luna learn how to make Friends)(2.) help trying to stopped various monsters from effecting ponyville(Hydra, the dragon, etc).(3.) Help figure out Chrysalis plans and help get Cadence out of the caves and help her saved Canterlot with Shining Armor.(4.) Helped find the Crystal heart that save the Crystal Kingdom, etc, etc...

And then she went nuts when she was tardy. Judgeing by that it doesn't seem safe to make her a princess. Unfortunely, it's too late for that.

Well, I know that she deserve to be Alicorn, after all she did she deserve to control more power, as Alicorn she can control more power, learn how to fly and train her strength and endurance, it is something she can use to protect her friends when they will go in another mission to safe Equestria.
However Twilight is field leader, she is good at organizing and leading small strike team, and sure, she can organize entire towm, but like I said,she is field leader, not ruler.
Same can be said about Celestia, she ruled Equestria for 1000 years, and yet she did not proved any useful in time of crisis.
That is why I think Twilight should not be princess, or at last not yet.
Anyway they made her princess already in final episode so all I hope is that in season 4 she will still live in Ponyvile and be main character with her friends doing what they did in season 2, I not want her to leave her friends to live in Canterlot or be replaced by new main character.

I wish for the same thing as you commander, however i'm not sure that being a princess means she would immediately be part of the goverment. Being a princess means that she is able to become part of it SOME DAY should anything happen to Luna or Celestia. We didn't see Cadence be a ruler till the Crystal kingdom, which just happened to reveal itself. Maybe Celestia legitimized Twilight's princess title is an excuse Celestia is using to have Twilight be at her side for big decisions, like a adviser that fellow bronies think she was meant to become.

But take a gander at Cadence's cutie mark. It's the exact same as the Crystal Heart, so that's essentially her [manifest] destiny.

Ummm... you tend to forget that Cadence has the ability to spread love wherever she goes, that is her special talent. The crystal heart itself is powered by love and hope of the citizens of the crystal empire. The fact that Cadence Cutie mark looked similar to it despite being born after it's existence was hidden could just be reflection of her crystal empire heritage and the connection of using love as strength.

Actually Celestia are not winged unicorns, they represent all three races whcih means alicorns count earth ponies.

While there are 3 canon alicorn princesses, most of the "Other Alicorns" in the show like in the magic kindergarden scene of Lesson Zero, have been originally drawing mistakes by the creators like Derpy? I'm curious, why do you hate the idea of Twilight being an Alicorn and not her being a princess? Being an Alicorn would just mean she might become more capable of spells and the ability to fly, is it because she may/maynot outlived her friends? or something else?

I just don't like the idea of a unicorn becoming a princess. It's destroying the simmetry of the mane six. 'cause 2 land ponies, 2 pegasi,and two unicorns. But, with our Twily an alicorn, it's like this:

There is no legit proof, save Luna and Celestia the true rulers, that all Alicorns are youthful immortals, Cadence appeared to been alittle younger than she did in present time. Besides,how do we know if whether or not the royal princesses are in fact immortal due to their connections with the Sun and the stars?

Celestia and Luna's connection with the sun and moon respectively, can raise some valid points about their long life-span. I would safely assume that since the sun and moon NEED to be raised and lowered, that they would have to be living for quite some time to accomplish this feat.
In the Hearths Warming episode, it was even said that a number of unicorns and their combined magic, were the initial way the sun and moon were controlled, until the Alicorn princesses came to be. Their "stronger" magicβthere is still some speculation about that, since Chrysalis easily defeated Celestia in "Royal Wedding", with just the power of Shining's love for Cadenceβtook over after the pony races were unified into a state of harmony.

You seem to forget that four (A) Shining Armor is a extremely powerful unicorn, coming from a magic talented related family, (B) judging by how strong cadence and armor were together, chances are that love could be a variation form of the elements of friendship, if not the element of magic itself, for what is love and showing it other than the deepest forms of friendship. If that's the case, it's easy to see how chrysalis could overpower Celestia seeing to it the power of friendship defeated NMM twice. (C) Celestia was easily beating her till Chrysalis showed unexpected strength that even surprised her. (D) Due to the fact she was so bad at acting, chances are she controlled/drained other people of their love too,like Cadence's bridesmaids.

So for all we know, the wings and princess title would be simply a sign of her ascension as Celestia's student and she is not doomed to a eternity of living without her friends around when they die.

I meant Celestia and Luna not just Celestia, and it just annoys me when fans called them winged unicorns as such a name does not fit with what was intended. Celestia and Luna are intended to represent all three races.
