A sudden sense of panic overtakes Valerin at the loss of her mace, and rotating down and on to her armored stomach, she lunges for it.

Dedicated, as are all of my reaching images in this storyline, to ~reacherfan Cindy.
This is an expansion page to the general play-by-play of the fight with the gremlins. It and the other I've been working on to be posted next took me much longer than anticipated. The model is ~catchan and the photographer is *Viator-Defessus They make this work much more fun!

This is very well done. My only concern is that is might make the part in the next chapter when she is reaching for the wand seem repetitive.
Then again, as I type this, I remember now that she actually does get her hands on the wand again, so the different outcome will make it fresh. I guess I have nothig to say but, great foreshortening.

Well I will say, my hat's off to Cindy aka Reacherfan. She knows what she likes, alright!
Love the foreshortening. The hands carry almost as much feeling as the facial expression, which is tee-rific, as ever. And I do like the way Val's skirt seems to be stretching over that rump of hers. Hope the semester ended on the right note for ya!
