1) Odyssey wouldn't improve much and probably stop taking proper care of himself resulting in tentacles just continuously growing.
he may just wonder off into the ocean and rarely be seen again or maybe he'll actual make something of himself.

2) Redd would morph to stay mainly his 'normal', but have parts of his other form always showing.
with time may become a professor somewhere and/or master spells throughout his years.

3) Lance doesn't change that much except slightly longer hair and a lip ring.
hopefully still with Lumi at this time and maybe interior design or something to do with water?
