I'd been mulling over how to make a lemon meringue pie for a while but after a couple of failed attempts and watching this video...

I'm pretty happy with the result ^_^

The pie was made by me. The porcelain dish and glass stand were purchased from a local miniatures shop called Little Enchantments. The square dish was an ebay find.

looks just like the tart i made yesterday! it's exquisite! you got EVERY detail right even the pale browns that the meringue gets after being baked
