My son and I were driving home and saw a big black smoke and we followed the trail and came upon this huge grass fire. It was awesome to see. There were no house or people hurt. It was surrounded by water and pretty much burned out. We stood upon a hill watching it. It was Beautiful.

They actually burn a field behind my grandmother's house purposefully like this once a year. It's cool to watch, except the year before last they accidentally caught on of the pine trees on fire. This is a great capture, it's featured in my current journal!

Sorry for the delay in responding but this area was surrounded by wet marsh land so there was no damage to any property. It was a pretty cool thing to watch. and thank you so much for the Feature. I really appreciate it
