First, I must say, looking at your art you obviously have a very good grasp on anatomy and body proportions. It shows in both your line art and especially in the colouring on the skin (for example, the shading on the forearm in this photo.) If I could offer any advice for your art, I would suggest trying to experiment with new character poses beyond waist up, front-facing shots, and try and make your characters look a little less stiff with movement and interaction. I'm assuming that you do this because you aren't comfortable drawing feet yet, which is totally understandable (it took me years to confidently draw full body shots...), but you should really force yourself to draw it because I know you totally can 
Trying to accomplish candid shots is great practice, and will take your art a long way.
