The stringy, detailed hair and the make-up are my favorite parts, but the outfit and shading looks wonderful here as well.

Certainly a nice job, although the pattern on the pants doesn't work for me. Or at least, the colors. However I love the red shirt, the jewelry, and the face/hair. Also, half the comments on this piece seem to be from people who think you drew it. People should read descriptions; they contain some real useful info sometimes.
