Okaay, I open MS PAint up and draw pythor, add his markings, color him, and after I save the picture, I open up Photoshop. that's where I do most of my effects. First I do lighting, to look like he's appearing from the dark. Lastly, I find the effect mainly used for rays of light. I direct it to Pythor's tooth.
