An old drawing I found in one of my sketchbooks and decided to clean up a little. <3I figured in a dogified version of Cars, Sally's pet name for Lightning would be "Patches" on account of the sponsor patches and his "lucky lightning bolt" stitched to his racing harness.

That is a cute nickname for Lightning. Definitely prefer that over "Stickers".
And Lightning is just so cute with that surprised face as Sally kisses/licks him.

I'm conflicted TBH. XD Stitches sounds a lot more like "Stickers" but people are probably automatically gonna think of medical stitches with it.
