This was for the caretaker at my college. His cat had died, and he asked me to do a painting of it for his wife.I was very happy to do this painting, the cat's pose is so smart :] though I wish I took a better photo of it, the light was shining off it so some of the detail has been lost.

It looks great. The background really works well with what could have been a difficult subject to make interesting (a black cat).
I really like the pose of the cat. It's that 'knowing it all' look that they usually have.
Hope his wife liked it.

You'll probably hear this a lot, but this cat looks EXACTLY like mine. The poise, eyes, even the little white tuft on his chest. 
Anywho, this is beautifully painted and if I ever asked for a commish from you of my cat, you could just use this one! XD Amazing artwork!
