I'm going to do more traditional stuff from now on, so here is some:FIRST there's no spring form, red, blue and yellow are the primary colors and a scarlet macaw has these three colors.
Scarlegg (Scarlet + Egg)
Normal/Flying
Nursling pokemon
Dex Entry: Scarlegg are rarely seen birds, because when they are unevolved, they spend there days in their nests, shielded by an egg-shell.

Permafrost Pokemon
Evolution: Scarlegg --> lv. 34 in Winter
Dex Entry: Frazilory spreads an ice cold mist from its wings that freezes forests and they peck with their frozen beaks through steel.

It would be cool to see more kinds of new evolution or just expand the rare kinds of evolutions like using a moon stone on one or even what you got there (with the pokemon too of course)

Ooh, well this is a new idea on me! It's cool, but think of it in a gameplay setting. The average player is probably going to want Voltanary, but if you're playing in Spring, Summer, or Winter, you're pretty much screwed unless you're desperate enough to adjust the date to an Autumn month just for the sake of evolution. I know, I know, it's just for fun, but I like a little practicality in my Fakemon designs.

Cause original scarlet macaws don't have a green color, but red, blue and yellow, that's why there's no spring.
