Credit to con1011 for the meme.Honestly, this should happen in Gen 9 since Gen 5 has been needing some love for a while considering that Gen 8 gave us regional forms and evos for Gen 5 mons and Gen 9 gave us Paradox forms and a new evo for Gen 5 mons too, and really, it's a no brainer at this point to make B3W3 and Legends Victini since it'll make fans happy.
