Well finally we have a poodle pokemon (Furfrou) n a flying fire bird pokemon (talonflame)...So I guess now I gotta scratch my fakemon ideas n come up with new ones

Could've sworn I replied to this.
Maybe a few redesigns wouldn't hurt to fit different types.
Even Nintendo recycles animals for different types (or rather, different species of the same kind of animal)
Maybe your poodle could be fairy type and your bird be remade to be a steel-flying woodpecker?
Why Punchella though? She's amazing and hasn't been done yet as a female-fighter type :c

totally disagree, I like you poodle and cotton-candy pokes better, besides, theyΒ΄re previous, so I think you should keep them, theyΒ΄re realy great!

Lol no need to scratch them. If Game Freak made an animal based on the ones my Fakemon were based on, I wouldn't remove them. Keep them, yours were here first anyways.

Why would that mean you have to scratch them? For example, there are tons of beetle and frog Pokemon, both real and fake, yet that doesn't stop people from making them.
As long as you enjoy coming up with them, that's mainly what counts

Yeah, I know that feeling too well. Before generation 3 I made some designs for a golem pokemon that could evolve into a rock-, steel- or an ice-golem ... and some months later we got regirock, registeel and regice.
Some years later before the 5th generation came out, I had the idea of a grass deer that gets some branches as horns ... aaand we got Deerling and Sawsbuck! XD
And there were several other similar instances ... And the problem is, even if you came up with the idea looong before the real pokemon came out, you somehow still feel uncomfortable for having the same idea D:
