Peter's Parents, Richard and Mary Parker were geneticists at OsCorp Industries and were part of a team of other fellow geneticists like Curt Connors, Miles Warren, CEO Norman Osborn, Mendel Stromm, Alister Symthe Sr. and Edward Brock Sr. After Alister died of cancer, The team was tasked to start a groundbreaking cure for cancer and other types of diseases. This led to the creation of "Oz ", a prototype performance enhancer, similar to the super soldier serum that created Captain America back in WWII. Before they were to began human testing with the serum however, they began testing it on animals, one of the best examples being spiders.
Peter's parents would later die in a plane crash overseas and was left in care of his Aunt and Uncle. Peter grew up with the mystery of his parents disappearance, becoming an outcast outside of home as years gone by. While Aunt May and Uncle Ben raised Peter as if he were their own child. For the next twelve years he became more studious with the goal to continue his father's legacy in science. As Peter grew up, he studied in chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, and mechanics. Peter has also been able to use his amazing intellect and resources in his basement workshop to create many inventions that awed both his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Later on in high school while on a field trip to OsCorp industries, Peter was bitten by one of the spiders that was exposed to the Oz serum, granting him the powers of a spider and the strength of a super soldier. While he at first tries to use his powers for his own personal gain, Peter fails to act by stopping an escaping theif, claiming that it was not his responsibility. Unbeknownst that thief would go on to kill his Uncle Ben. Overcome with guilt, Peter remembered his Uncle Ben's words of wisdom, "With great power comes great responsibility". Peter then vowed a personal fight against crime, and to use his powers to help anyone in need in honor of Uncle Ben as THE SPIDER-MAN.

Soo i made few tweaks and updates to Pete's spidey suit the last time you seen it regarding his design. The elements of the 2012 TASM suit is heavily shown here to the point where it seems crazy that a poor kid from queens even made the suit anymore. But it is a comicbook after all so anything is possible right? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ screw logic haha. I added some blue arm stripes and a brand new spider logo on the back just to give it that modern feel to it. The blue on the suit is a little brighter this time and it looks alot more flexible to be honest. I also upgraded the look on his webshooters to give it more of a "computer-tech" design and added two web cartridges or compounds at the bottom of his webshooters and the one you see on the right is what it looks like when he switches to his taser webbing.
