Description
Those of you who took Intro to 2D where I go to school might recognize this project. The object of the unit is to draw the negative spaces in a part of a still life, (two skeletons on a bike) and then add some sort of pattern to the background. Eventually, the white positive spaces that form the bike will be colored to look like brass, but I wanted to take a picture of this/ add in a bit of glowiness to show off the huge ink explosion that went off in that background. XD This picture isn't the best quality, even edited, so you can't see most of the tiny pipes and panels drawn into background, beneath the larger elements. Almost every piece of space not covered by the foreground bike is a steampunk element of some sort, so this took quite a bit of time to ink in with my sister's Micron pens! XDRelated content

Ah, so this is what you were working on... very nice, very nice XD I'm such a slow worker so pretty much all of my art projects were so much worse than I wanted them to be, especially for this project, so I'm glad to see you came through all right >w>

Thank you. :3 Art class does teach you to work expediently, which is important to learn, but my teacher, at least, lets you take stuff home to work on if you ask. That's the only reason I got this done within a reasonable amount of time. So maybe try that if you take another art class?

Yeah, maybe. I don't know if I'll have the space for it in my schedule, though >_> In any case, I'm pretty sure Advanced 2D requires that you take stuff home, because I've seen a bunch of people with those giant folders.

Ahh, yeah- you'd think with seven periods a day, for four years, there'd be plenty of room, but there really isn't. 
And yeah, I've seen Drawing class kids with those folders, too.

I loved this project, it rocked. And I may just have to upload my old Intro to 2D stuff. Its a good idea.
