The foreground is nice. Nice clear colors.

The sky though... Whats up with the blurryness along the horizon? Looks like you used some kind of smudge tool and added some blur. Also it looks like the clone stamp tool has been used. If you did, this deviation fits better in a photomanipulation category. As it is now, it looks like you pasted the sky into the image and edited around it.

Don't shoot me if I'm wrong. Just trying to be constructive here.

Blurryness came when changed saturation and contrast of the sky. I had to mark out the sky and that tree and the tree was very difficult because of branch... so.. Have you any idea what I could do better on next time?

Oh. That is extremely difficult to deal with. It does not get easier with the tree. It's hard masking out that kind of object.
