Done over Spring break for the latest Flying Press article from Smogon, which can be found here!

Glad to be posting this as it's been sitting around in sketch form for a long while and NDA in digital form for a little over two weeks. Not a full body shot of Virizion, but as it was something I made to get me back into the swing of things after marathoning Fire Emblem Fates for a month, it was pretty nice being able to focus on the certain aspects of a pokemon's design. As for why Virizion looks smug in this picture, well, if you're an RU legendary, it seems like you would have a bit of an air of superiority when compared to the rest of the foes you'd be facing typically, even if you haven't rightfully earned it. +)

So yeah, more art of the best legend from Gen V. Next up, maybe another Gen 5 legend in a few months?
