She sits by herselfIn the corner called Self-Pity
She tries to cry out but no one can hear her call
No one listens
No one cares
Or so she thinks...
She is alone in the darkness
No one can find her...
The darkness is full of past memories- that will never be forgotten
The ones she swore would be put to rest...
But the darkness can bring out the worse in all of us
We all have visited that place
but she stays for all eternity...
She can not resist her past
She wishes it would repeat itself
The darkness is the place she feels she can finally breathe
She has nothing but a mirror to remind herself who she is...
She looks around...
Darkness surrounds her...
That is something she can not escape
Her punishment for loving is to sit and wait..
Wait for a love that WILL last forever
She has been in torment for what seems lyke centuries
"A Girl who loves so young should be condemed"
She sits and thinks about what she did soo wrong...
She doesnt realize that what put her in her prison-
is the same thing that will one day rescue her...
A Girl sits in the corner known as Self-Pity
She opens her eyes and looks around-
Black...nothing more than that...
She looks at her mirror- blankly in her hand...
All she sees is her blank reflection...
All she sees is me...
